The hotel is nicely situated in a quiet area, away from the busy road, providing a peaceful ambiance. the staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to cater to guests' needs. the rooms are clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and pillows for a good night's sleep. the breakfast served is delicious and there are various menus to choose from. the swimming pool is clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip.
The hotel is located near a mosque, so light sleepers may be disturbed by the call to prayer at 4:30am.

The staff were amazing, the place is brand new and in great condition so very comfortable and very clean which is not something we experienced so often in Bali.. Although its not in the centre its a short cheap cab ride back and forth...
As much as it pains me to say it I feel I must advise all travellers that Lombok is a small Island with over 1000 Mosques and one of the many Mosques is right next door to this home stay/hotel. As long as you don't mind being woken up at 4:30am for the call to Prayer, with a total of 5 sessions everyday at a level of volume that makes you feel like the Mosque is in your room then this place is a great place to stay.....

Great staff & service, always ready to assist and make you feel pampered. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Beautiful grounds with a lovely pool.
Location is a bit remote and transportation is needed to get around. The road leading to the hotel is in poor condition and needs improvement.

The breakfast and rooms were lovely and clean. the staff was extremely friendly and polite, always willing to help. the grounds and pool were beautiful, a mini resort of their own.
The hotel was quite isolated, making it difficult to get food and drink at any time. It was also challenging for taxi drivers to find the hotel due to inadequate signage.

Melasa house was great, excellent service, clean rooms, good food and the staff really wants to make you feel at home and comfortable. Nice pool and garden. We had the family room and it was spacious with an extra room for the children with a bunk bed but with excellent matresses. Good fun for our kids. Value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The hotel was in great condition and very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast options were varied, with choices of Indonesian, Continental, and English dishes. We also appreciated the good parking facilities available for scooters.
